 ALL PRIVATE NUMBER PLATES REMAIN OUR PROPERTY OR THE PROPERTY OF THEIR RESPECTIVE OWNERS UNTIL PAYMENT IS MADE IN FULL. A 10% Deposit is required on all Private Plates, in order to secure any Registration/s on our Website for a limited period, until the Full Balance is Paid. (any Registration/s secured by deposit shall remain the Property of us or the Registered Seller. We will not be held responsible for any errors or omissions contained within this Website, human input errors do sometimes occur. However, if an error is found whereupon a Customer has paid a Deposit or Paid in Full for any Plate / Plates.. a FULL REFUND will be made as soon as practically possible, usually within 24/48 Hours (during normal business & banking hours - unless during Weekends, Public, Bank Holidays, Christmas or the New Year).

Before we market any Clients Registration/s FOR SALE on our Website, we MAY seek Proof of Ownership / Entitlement. This is done in order to prevent "potential fraudsters" trying to Sell Number Plates that they do not have any entitlement to sell & to prevent our Customers being disappointed with problems down the line, resulting in a FULL or PART REFUNDS, (if Full Payment or a Deposit has been made - in which instant we will refund the Buyer and are duly obliged to report the non Entitled Seller for Deception &/or Attempted Fraud). This will be to the relevant Powers of Authority, be they the Police, DVLA, Banks, Building Societies, HMRC.. Etc. We will also seek to alert other Private Plate Dealers in our Industry &/or any Trade Bodies and if we are able, to alert & inform the genuine rightful owner/s.

We therefore MAY request sight of the following documentation, which if you are the Legitimate Owner, you will have no problem supplying..

 1. Proof of Name & Address.

2. Copies (Pics) of either the V778 Retention Document, the V750 Certificate of Entitlement or the Vehicle's V5c Registration Document (if the Reg No. is still Registered to the Vehicle).

3. Plus one or two of the following.. a Service Bill (Gas, Electric, Water or Council Tax Demand), a recent Bank or Building Society Statement, a clear Copy of a Driving Licence (clearly showing Name & Address).. Etc. These proof requests are necessary in order to confirm the Name & Address of the Buyer / Seller match that of the Legitimate Buyer / Seller (the V778 Retention Document, the V750 Certificate of Entitlement & / or Vehicles V5c Document). Once confirmed, the relevant proof documentation supplied is destroyed following current Legal Guidelines and may only be required sight of again at point of Sale (in Order to confirm proof that you are still the Current Registered Owner / Entitled Person or Company to Buy / Sell).
